Linda Ronnie
Professor in Organisational Behaviour and People Management, School of Management Studies, University of Cape Town
Ronnie holds a PhD in education and master’s degrees in education and psychology. She was the proud recipient of the UCT Distinguished Teacher Award 2014, the winner of the inaugural Emerald Case Writing Competition, and has won several best conference paper awards. Her research focuses on two key themes: organisational behaviour and people management, and the pedagogical aspects of management education. Professor Ronnie has published on key topics such as the psychological contract, the intricacies of the employer-employee relationship, diversity, and change management.
